Sr. Product Designer

My focus is on designing the features that help SOC analysts detect and respond to malicious activity in real time. I work closely with product managers to shape new features and partner with engineers throughout implementation. My process is iterative and collaborative: I regularly share early work, test ideas with customers, and use feedback to refine the experience. - I also collaborated with the talented design and frontend team that developed the design system almost from scratch. My focus was on typography and establishing the naming conventions. built from scratch and tightly integrated with our codebase. Our Figma components are synced with GitHub, and I often review pull requests to ensure high-quality, consistent UI in production.

Product Designer

I was responsible for the internal platforms used by claims and customer support teams. I designed tools that supported the full claims journey: from the first customer call to final resolution. My users were my colleagues so I used to work closely with them to understand their needs and test ideas early. - For customer support, I regularly shadowed agents during live calls to uncover friction points and improve the experience. These platforms were critical to service quality, and my work helped streamline complex workflows while keeping the user experience intuitive and efficient.

Design Lead and UX designer

I led UX work across a range of B2B and SaaS projects, which is where I developed a strong passion for designing complex tools ♥️ - I also took on the role of Product Owner for Atlassian projects, giving me the chance to mix core principles of service design with structured tools, balancing user needs with business goals. - As team lead, I managed a small group of designers, helping them grow their skills while aligning the work with clients and the business needs. This role gave me a strong foundation in product strategy, team collaboration, and navigating ambiguity.

Customer Experience

I worked alongside sales teams to design customer engagement experiences across multiple platforms and touchpoints. I focused on aligning business incentives with user needs, crafting loyalty journeys that felt personal and cohesive. - This role helped me build strong cross-functional communication skills and gave me an early grounding in customer-centered thinking, which continues to shape my approach to product design.
